From the Desk of Fr. Paul 2/9/2025

Dear Married Couples,

While I wasn’t yet a part of this great parish when our parish-wide survey was sent out, I was blessed to see and hear the results. One key takeaway is the opportunity to support all married couples in our parish. Hence, I’m excited to invite you to a few events at our parish explicitly designed to benefit your family. St. Peter’s wants to continue to support your marriage, “Post-Cana,” as we did, Pre-Cana, and will devote time in February to you for this purpose.

We are hosting a “Happily Ever After: Marriage that Lasts” weekend from February 21st to 23rd, 2025. The event will be run by internationally known speaker, author, and comedian Chris Padgett and his wife Linda. Linda and Chris run the Center for Holy Marriage, devoting their lives to helping engaged and married couples build and maintain happy, holy, and awesome marriages. They do so in such dynamic, engaging, and entertaining ways that couples always want more.

Please join us for one or all the events.

Babysitting/childcare will be provided for children ages 4-13 by our Youth Group teens during the Friday evening session. Please RSVP only if you will use this service.

We very much look forward to having you with us. We trust that the Lord will enrich your family through your engagement this weekend.
