Welcome to Our New Parish Website
Today we’re pleased to announce the launch of our new parish website! In this 75th Jubilee year of St. Peter’s, we are excited to update our digital “front doors” to the parish in a way that invites folks in to our vibrant community and reflects our modern church grounded in traditional roots.
The redesign aims to benefit both those seeking a new church or faith and current parishioners wanting to get more involved or find specific information/resources. The content, visuals and navigation are designed to break down barriers by using approachable language, concise descriptions, real photography, and organization of information in a way that revolves around key needs people are seeking from our website. The iterative designs and user studies, which we thank parishioners and staff for assisting with, ultimately improved the ease of finding information by 40% over our old website. Overall, the new website uses best practices of modern web design including considerations for low-vision accessibility and conventional smartphone access. We hope you find it useful to help take your next step in growing in your faith.
