Volunteering
-
Any St. Peter’s parishioner or St. Peter Academy family age 18+ is eligible to run a game booth.
-
When you arrive, check in with the Carnival Committee outside the entrance of the church. They will provide you anything you may need and help you find where to go.
You will be trained on the rules of your game and expectations for running it right before starting your shift. The rules are also posted on the wall.
You’ll be greeting players, explaining rules, handling cash payments, cheering on players, and awarding prizes.
Shifts vary between 2 - 3 hours. You can learn about that specifically when choosing which games to sign up for via the sign-up link.
-
Assistance will be provided as needed, but please note that it’s not wheelchair accessible.
-
Yes! While game booths are where we need the most help, please see the sign-up link for additional opportunities — especially for our Confirmation candidates.
And remember — you can always help by spreading the word and inviting friends to purchase presale ride tickets and 50/50 raffle tickets!
-
Confirmation candidates can sign up for Cleanup/Runner shifts.
Must be 14+ years old
Will count towards credit for Confirmation service hours
Shifts are 2-3 hours in length
Check in at the head table when you arrive for your shift. You will be assigned an area and once your shift is complete, you can sign out.
